Katy, TX – Tutoring Business Utilizes Table Throw to Get Noticed | Sign News
Lots of businesses are diversifying these days. Business as usual means there is nothing usual about it! This is true for many of the schools especially those that run small business’ in tutoring. This is what happened for our client, Club Z Tutoring in Katy. With kids not being able to visit their storefront to be tutored due to the pandemic, Club Z Owner had to rethink the way she ran her business. We were ready to help!
Since the in-school student ratio was non-existent or extremely low, how could we help this owner with signage? She wanted a table throw to extend her brand while she would attend different trade shows, networking events and other in person events throughout the year to promote her business. We decided on a small shift. The product still worked but we thought it could be used in a different way. In this case, the same product she was interested in for other means became relevant during the pandemic.
We decided to keep the same product and use it for her video marketing. She could have the table set up in the background, or sit behind the table. This worked for photos to post on social media as well. Another way to use the throw was to hang as a backdrop. We knew the piece was versatile enough to help the owner immediately but would also come in handy in the future to help with her original ideas once the restrictions opened up.
We opted for the 6′ four sided full color table throw. The only time we would recommend the 3 sided throw is if the table would always be backed up to a wall when displayed. Otherwise, its not worth the minimal cost difference. This particular table throw also has options for 4′ and 6′ sized tables. It has another option that allows for a fitted style as opposed to the draped look our client chose.
The throw is printed with a paper transfer dye sublimation process that looks phenomenal. The print looks like it is part of the fabric and not like an iron on. It’s printed from edge to edge with full coverage on both sides, front and back. Care is easy as throwing in the wash.
The design choice can be minimal or complete coverage. Our client opted for a white background with minimal graphic which included only her logo, phone number and areas served. Simple and poignantly stated, her most important feature, her logo, was perfectly placed to be seen at each section around the table. She was thrilled with the end result.
