When Terry Nehls of the Grand Oaks Business Park stopped in to see about a post and panel sign for his new construction project, we were ready to help. Many clients need signs immediately as they are sometimes an afterthought in a new project or business. This was true for Terry as he wanted to start getting the word out about his new retail center right away. Prospective tenants will know about the center and can rent their space before the center is ready to move in! How would you like to have your tenant spaces filled before you open your doors? A good sign can do just that!

The clients essentials are just as important as the materials chosen for the job. Our team of experts offer free strategy sessions with all clients so that they get to express their ideas and concerns. We are available to meet with all clients to address these concerns initially so that we are all on the same page right from the beginning.

A fairly simple sign, the post and panel had the graphic on the front and an unfinished side for the back which faced away from the road. The graphic contained an image of what the retail center might look like and the contact information. A sign doesn’t have to be complicated to get the job done. Most signs want to bring in new customers, clients, tenants etc.. and the simple design is the winner! Have you ever noticed a sign so busy with tons of text or images that you found it confusing? This is what you want to avoid.

Post and panel signs may be simple in nature but do not discount their impact. A 4’x8’ sign such as this can be seen from quite a distance with the right graphic. Also, because these signs are usually installed during the construction phase, you have the chance of getting in front of your ideal clients before and during the building of the space!

We are happy to sit down with you and discuss your sign needs whether your project is large or small. Let’s figure out how your new sign can get you the customers you want. Give us a call at 832-222-9385.
